CARE AND USE
We wash all our textiles with hypoallergenic soap before we ship them to you. It is safe to machine wash your scarves, table linens and cushion covers on gentle cycle with mild soap. Iron on medium heat setting on reverse. Never bleach or dry clean.
Natural dyes can bleed during the first couple of washes, so we recommend washing your textiles separately.

RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your Mara Vera textiles. If for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return your new, unused textiles preferably in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund excluding original shipping costs. We recommend you use a tracked service to return your item.
Please note that slight colour variations and print imperfections are part of hand block printed textiles and they are not considered faulty.

EXCHANGE
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange of products. If you would like to order a product in a different design or colour please place a new order and arrange to return previously purchased product via a tracked service.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@maravera.co.uk.
SHIPPING
All orders headed to mainland UK and offshore UK (Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Outer Hebrides & Shetland Islands) should arrive to you within 3-4 business days.
International orders will be delivered by Royal Mail or Parcel Force tracked and signed for service. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location. Your parcel should arrive to you within 8-15 business days depending on your location.
